Apostle Pamela K Dillion is  a woman after God’s heart. She has been in ministry for over 30 years and a sought-after conference speaker. As the founder of Agape Time Ministries Inc. and co-founder of City of Refuge. She and her husband John are the innovative and apostolic pastors of the unique leadership training facility in St. Louis, Missouri, which equips leaders of all genres in their gifting and callings. Their vision of “Producing and Promoting healthy leaders through mentorship and fellowship has birthed out the most powerful and unique leaders from Cameroon Africato Jackson, Tennessee.

In addition, Pamela is visionary for the “Stir up the Gift Summit”, “Intimate Evening with the Father” ,“ Devorah’s Daughters Retreat”, and “Devorah Magazine.” The founder of Prophetic Expressers Dance, Banner, and Mime Team. Pamela has a background in radio as host, & guest. She has been guest & host on Christian television, TBN & Ask The Pastor TCT Network and other Social Media Platforms. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Management w/concentration in Organization Leadership & Change, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration w/concentration in Management. She is currently pursing Masters in Applied Psychology and will graduate in 2022.
